1.) The Albracca at Meyer Road
News published on 21 July 2017 indicates the land was sold for $69 million.
The price works out to $1,409 psf ppr, inclusive of development charges payable to intensify the land use. The 23,400 sq ft Meyer Road site is located near the upcoming Katong Park MRT station.
